Individual sessions: £90, Couples' sessions: £130

I usually invoice monthly and payment can be made via bank transfer, card or PayPal.

About initial sessions

The initial session will be an opportunity for me to hear from each of you what brings you to therapy at this moment in time. Additionally, if we have time, I will ask you about your childhood, upbringing, family history and relationships. Sessions are 50 minutes long.

The way in which I work is open-ended and after the initial session, we will decide how best we feel your therapy can be taken forward.
